- Refund eligibility and processing will be handled in accordance with the communicated policy and applicable law.
13. Suspension & Termination of Enrollment
museeKho expects students to demonstrate regular attendance, consistent effort, responsibility, and commitment to their learning.
Enrollment may be suspended or terminated for the following reasons:

- Failure to Submit Assignments: Repeated failure to complete or submit assigned exercises, practice videos, recordings, or other learning tasks within the communicated deadlines without a reasonable explanation.
- Non-Payment of Fees: Failure to pay course fees by the specified due dates despite appropriate reminders.
- Misconduct: Serious or repeated inappropriate behavior, disrespect, harassment, or disruption of the learning environment.
- Violation of Policies: Repeated failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or misuse of learning materials.
Where appropriate, students or their parents/guardians will be notified of the issue and given a reasonable opportunity to correct it before termination.
museeKho reserves the right to suspend classes or access to learning resources for unresolved fee payments or repeated non-compliance. Serious cases may warrant immediate suspension where necessary to protect the safety and well-being of others.
Termination does not automatically waive outstanding payment obligations, including applicable fees for the required notice period. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with Section 12 and applicable law.
14. Privacy & Student Information
- Student information is collected and used for educational, administrative, and communication purposes.
- Personal information will be handled responsibly and protected using reasonable safeguards.

15. Discontinuation & One-Month Notice Policy
- Students or parents/guardians who wish to discontinue classes must inform museeKho at least one calendar month in advance.
- The notice period begins when museeKho receives the discontinuation request through an accepted communication channel.
- If the required one-month notice is not provided, the student or parent/guardian remains responsible for paying the applicable fee for the corresponding notice-period month before discontinuation is finalized.
- Fees applicable during the notice period remain payable regardless of whether the student attends classes during that period.
- Providing notice does not automatically entitle the student to a refund of fees already paid.
- Any outstanding fees must be settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
- After discontinuation, access to live classes, study materials, recordings, student groups, and other enrolled-student resources may be withdrawn.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by Section 12 and applicable law.
Example: If a student wishes to discontinue classes from December, they should inform museeKho no later than the corresponding date in November. If the required notice is not provided, the applicable notice-period fee remains payable.
